Ashramshala Recruitment 2023 How to Apply?

Must have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) (for Primary Section) before the last date of application prescribed for Assistants in Primary Section and Upper Primary Section.

If the post is allotted to a reserved category, as per the reserved category (Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Caste) the candidate of that caste shall enclose a copy of caste certificate issued by the competent authority for the concerned caste. (Certificate of caste of reserved class has to be verified in State analysis committee.

May.G.S. Resolution No. of Tribal Development Department: AMSH/2019/304/G Secretariat Gandhinagar will be the district level selection committee decided from 06/06/2019, and also the schedule will be as per the schedule of the Government.

The Deputy Assistant will be appointed on a fixed salary for a period of five years as decided by the Government.

All the qualifications passed by the candidate especially Graduation, Post Graduation, B.Ed, P.T.C. Qualifications like NCTE and UGC. Must have passed from recognized institutes as well as state examination board and should have computer knowledge.

According to the norms of Ashramshalas of Tribal Development Department of Gujarat Government, it is compulsory to stay at the Ashramshala for 24 hours. And they will be provided accommodation free of charge. A female employee has to perform the duty of a housewife and a male employee has to perform the duty of a householder.

Rules as per Rule 70, 106(2) 112(2) (c) of the Mumbai Primary Education Act 1949 shall apply.

If the candidate has obtained additional qualification than the prescribed qualification, keep it also included with the application. Candidates should apply to the following address along with self-signed passport size photo along with attested copy of professional qualification marks from Reg.Po.AD so as to receive the applications within 10 days after publication of advertisement. . શિક્ષણસહાયક ભરતી 2023

ઉમેદવારે લાયકાત તરીકે જરૂરી તમામ પરીક્ષાઓ તથા રાજ્ય સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા નિયત થયેલ સંબંધિત વિષય (લાગુ પડતો હોય તો)ની ટી.ઈ.ટી./ટી, એ.ટી.ની પરીક્ષા અરજી કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ સુધીમાં પાસ કરેલ હોવી જોઈશે.
અનામત જગ્યાઓ માટે જે-તે જાતિના ઉમેદવારે સક્ષમ અધિકારી દ્વારા સંબંધિત જાતિ માટે અપાયેલ જાતિના પ્રમાણપત્રની નકલ તથા નોન-ક્રિમીલેયર પ્રમાણપત્ર (લાગુ પડતું હોય તો) સામેલ રાખવાના રહેશે.
જિલ્લા કક્ષાની પસંદગી સમિતિ સરકારશ્રીએ નિયત કર્યા મુજબની રહેશે. પસંદગી સમિતિએ ઉમેદવારના પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી કર્યા બાદ પસંદ થયેલ ઉમેદવારને મદદનીશ કમિશનરશ્રી દ્વારા બહાલી મળ્યેથી સંસ્થા દ્વારા નિમણૂંક આપવામાં આવશે.
પગારધોરણ : સરકારશ્રીની ફિક્સ પગારની નીતિ અનુસાર પાંચ વર્ષ માટે વિધાસહાયકને રૂ. ૧૯,૯૫૦/- પ્રતિ માસ, ધો.-૯, ૧૦ના શિક્ષણસહાયકને રૂ. ૨૫,૦૦૦/- પ્રતિ માસ તથા ધો. ૧૧, ૧૨ના શિક્ષણસહાયકને રૂ. ૨૬,૦૦૦/- પ્રતિ માસ ફિક્સ પગારથી નિમણૂંક આપવામાં આવશે. સેવા સંતોષકારક જણાયેથી પાંચ વર્ષ બાદ નિયમિત પગારધોરણમાં સમાવવા વિચારણા માટે લેવામાં આવશે. નિયમિત નિમણૂંક મળ્યા બાદ ઉમેદવારને સરકારશ્રીની નવવર્ધિત પેન્શન યોજનાનો લાભ મળવા પાત્ર થશે. સેવા સંતોષકારક ન જણાતા પાંચ વર્ષ પહેલા પણ એક માસની નોટિસથી સેવાનો અંત લાવી શકાશે.
શૈક્ષણિક અને તાલીમી લાયકાત અનુક્રમે યુનિવર્સિટી ગ્રાન્ટ્સ કમિશન તથા નેશનલ કાઉન્સિલ ફોર ટીચર એજ્યુકેશન દ્વારા માન્ય સંસ્થામાંથી જ પાસ કરેલી હોવી જોઈશે.
અરજી કરવાના આખરી દિવસે ઉમેદવારની ઉંમર સરકારશ્રીએ ઠરાવ્યા મુજબની વયમર્યાદામાં હોવી જોઈએ. વયમર્યાદામાં નિયમાનુસાર છૂટછાટ મળી શકશે.
સરકારી કર્મચારી અથવા સરકારશ્રીનું અનુદાન મેળવતા બોર્ડ/કોર્પોરેશન/સંસ્થાના કર્મચારીએ નિમણૂક સત્તાધિકારીનું એન.ઓ.સી. (ના વાંધા પ્રમાણપત્ર) અરજીપત્ર સાથે સામેલ કરવાનું રહેશે.
ઉમેદવારે ખોટી માહિતી રજૂ કરેલ હશે તો તેની અરજી આપોઆપ રદ્દ થશે- માહિતી એપ.
સરકારશ્રીએ ઠરાવ્યા પ્રમાણે કમ્પ્યૂટરના ઉપયોગ અંગેની પાયાની જાણકારી ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ.
મહિલા કર્મચારીએ ગૃહમાતા તથા પુરુષ કર્મચારીએ ગૃહપતિ તરીકેની ફરજ બજાવવાની હોઈ પ્રત્યેક કર્મચારીએ આશ્રમશાળામાં ૨૪ કલાક સ્થળ પર રહેવું ફરજિયાત છે. તેઓને સંસ્થા તરફથી રહેઠાણની સુવિધા વિના મૂલ્યે પૂરી પાડવામાં આવશે. સ્થળ પર નિવાસ ન કરતા કર્મચારીને શિસ્તભંગ બદલ ફરજમાંથી છૂટા કરવામાં આવશે.
આદિજાતિ વિકાસ વિભાગ કે શિક્ષણ વિભાગે વખતોવખત નિયત કરેલ શિક્ષણ વિષયક સામાન્ય નિયમોનું કર્મચારીએ પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે. મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ, ૧૯૪૯ તથા ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ, ૧૯૭૨ના સંબંધિત નિયમો પણ લાગુ પડશે.
ઉપરોક્ત જાહેરાત અનુસાર લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારે તમામ પ્રમાણપત્રોની સ્વયંપ્રમાણિત નકલ તથા પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝના બે ફોટા (જો વધારાની લાયકાત ધરાવતા હોય તો તે પણ) અરજી સાથે સામેલ રાખી તા. ૨૮/૦૨/૨૦૨૩ પહેલાં ઉક્ત સરનામે મળી જાય તે રીતે ફક્ત R.P.A.D.થી જ અરજી મોકલવાની રહેશે. તે પછીથી મળેલ અરજીઓને ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહિ, અરજીના કવર પર લાલ પેનથી કઈ આશ્રમશાળા માટે અરજી કરેલ છે, તે દર્શાવવાનું રહેશે. એકથી વધુ આશ્રમશાળાઓની જગ્યા માટે ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવવા ઈચ્છુક ઉમેદવારે તમામ સંબંધિત સંસ્થામાં અલગ-અલગ કવરમાં અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. ઉમેદવારે અરજીની એક નકલ આદિજાતિ વિકાસ અધિકારી (આશ્રમશાળા)ની કચેરી, સી-બ્લોક, ત્રીજો માળ, બહુમાળી ભવન, જૂનાથાણાં, નવસારી-૩૯૬૪૪૫ને મોકલવાની રહેશે
